A fire Day Master born in 寅, the tiger month
The month pillar is the strongest single influence on whether a Day Master is supported. 寅 is the first month of spring; it opens at 立春 Start of Spring, around 4 February, and runs to about 5 March.

What the month does to the Day Master
Born in 寅, the first month of spring, with a fire Day Master. 相 — the season produces the Self — and 寅 does it more directly than the seasonal table alone suggests.
寅 holds 甲 wood, 丙 fire and 戊 earth. The wood feeds you, and the fire inside the branch is you: 寅 is where fire begins in the twelve-stage cycle, 長生. A fire Self born here is starting, with fuel already in place, in the month that is built to get things started.
《窮通寶鑑》 reads the first month as cold ground with rising light. For a fire Day Master the season's shortage and your own requirement point the same way, which simplifies the chart: what is wanted is more of what you already are, and enough wood to keep it fed.
The caution is about fuel. Wood produces fire, and a great deal of wood produces a fire that is entirely defined by what it is burning. The tradition reads an over-supplied fire as one that never establishes its own character.
Produced by the month, early in its own cycle, short of nothing obvious. That is a favourable structural position and it is where the reading starts, not where it ends.
