A wood Day Master born in 辰, the dragon month
The month pillar is the strongest single influence on whether a Day Master is supported. 辰 is the last month of spring; it opens at 清明 Clear and Bright, around 4 April, and runs to about 5 May.

What the month does to the Day Master
Born in 辰, the last month of spring, with a wood Day Master. By the seasonal table this is 囚 — the Self restrains the season and is confined by doing so — but 辰 is the mildest of the four earth months for you, and it is worth saying why.
辰 holds 戊 earth, 乙 wood and 癸 water. Two of those three serve a wood Self: the residual spring wood has not gone yet, and 辰 is the 水庫, the vault where water is stored. So the month that formally confines you also contains the moisture that feeds you.
《窮通寶鑑》 reads the third month as the hinge between spring and summer, and the concern it raises is dampness rather than cold. Ground this wet holds a tree up poorly. What the season asks for is warmth to dry it and enough drainage that the root is not standing in it.
The honest reading: this is neither 得令 nor a hard loss of it. Your Self is past its season but not stripped of it, and charts in the earth months are the ones where the count in the previous section matters most, because the month does not settle the question by itself.
Strength here is decided by the rest of the chart rather than by the month.
